You could be guided by our size charts. You can also find it in each listing. Measurements need to be done on a naked body.

Thigh measurements should be taken very precisely. Please measure the stood, not relaxed thigh, tightening a measure tape as much as you will need a thigh cuff to be fixed on your leg, in order to not let it slip off. If you doubt the correctness of the chosen size, write us your measurements, and we will help you with the choice.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping worldwide. We provide shipping of clothes and accessories through DHL for all orders. Art toys and Interior products delivery will be calculated individually. Rest assured, your order will be thoughtfully packaged and delivered to your preferred location for maximum convenience.

Pre-order: Since all our products are crafted to your specific order, the production time typically spans 30 days.

In-Stock Items: If you've purchased in-stock items, they will typically ship out within 1-3 business days after placing your order.

Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.

Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

Once your order is prepared for delivery, we will dispatch a delivery confirmation to the email address you provided during your purchase.

If you haven't received a delivery confirmation, we recommend checking your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as there is a possibility that the email was filtered there. Alternatively, feel free to reach out to us at yana@mangata-store.com for further assistance.

Should you wish to modify your order, it's important to reach out to us promptly so we can assess the possibilities for your specific order. Once your order has been processed or a back order notification has been initiated, we won't be able to accommodate changes or cancellations. However, please engage in a chat with us regarding your request, and we'll do our best to assist you.

We can not cancel orders that were already dispatched.

Once your order is packed and prepared for delivery, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address provided during your purchase. You can monitor the progress of your delivery using the link provided in the confirmation email. Please note that our orders are dispatched via Postnord or DHL, depending on your chosen shipping option.

If there was an issue with your order, kindly return the item to us, and we will gladly exchange it for the correct one, assuming the correct item is still available. In the event that the item is no longer in stock, we will promptly issue a full refund for the item. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us via chat for assistance with this process.

If you believe that the product you purchased from the website is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a clear photo of the defect.
  2. Send the photo along with your request for a product exchange to yana@mangata-store.com.
  3. Once we review the photo and confirm that the product is indeed damaged, defective, or flawed, we may offer options such as a price reduction or a full refund.

Please note that we do not provide refunds for products that are:

  • Damaged for reasons unrelated to materials quality, assembly process, or manufacturing defects.
  • Damaged due to abuse or negligence, such as exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp objects, or other inappropriate usage.
  • Damaged due to misuse or activities that go beyond the intended purpose of the product.

Warranty

Leather:

All Anoeses leather goods are crafted from top-quality full-grain leather. Anoeses leather undergoes periodic inspections to ensure compliance with product regulations by I.CE.C – the Institute of Quality Certification for the Leather Sector. Anoeses meticulously select the finest hides because the quality of leather greatly influences the design's excellence, making it a pivotal factor in the overall quality of our products.

Latex:

Anoeses source latex from local rubber plantations in Malaysia and transport it from the UK. This latex is derived from 100% renewable resources, and no harmful chemicals are used in its production.

Textile:

For Anoeses bodywear, they utilize two types of fabrics: mesh and biflex. Both fabrics boast top-notch quality and provide a second-skin feel. Anoeses textiles are not only durable and stretchy but also offer a gentle, unrestricted embrace for your body.

Ceramics:

MAKHNO Studio's Ceramic Workshop is where unique products are meticulously handcrafted by their skilled ceramists. Each item is painstakingly crafted by hand. MAKHNO have robust kilns and employ Japanese pottery wheels—a Bentley among pottery wheels.

This isn't your typical manufacturing process. Each piece demands its own approach, time, and energy. All MAKHNO ceramic creations are crafted from clay sourced right here in Ukraine. It's not just an environmentally friendly material; it also absorbs toxins. MAKHNO genuinely cherish this material—it's vibrant, possesses character, and exudes authenticity.

Raincoats
For iCoat raincoats we use PVC, grosgrain ribbon, tarpaulin fabric, YKK zippers, stainless steel buttons, and a lot of love.

Anoeses leather products are backed by a 1-year guarantee.

ICoat raincoats are backed by a 1- month guarantee.

Makhno products are backed by 2- year guarantee: 

  • have 2 years as of receipt of the product to submit a claim; 
  • may choose between repair or refund of the product, subject to Section 6 of these Terms of Sale.

Returns & Refunds

Anoeses

Policy for returns and refunds is as follows:

Returns and refunds are possible in the following situations:

  1. If a customer receives the wrong item due to our mistake.
  2. If a customer receives an item with a defect (each case is considered individually).
  3. If a customer receives an item in a different color due to our mistake.

Customers must inform us of the above-mentioned issues and provide photo evidence within seven days after receiving the product. If Mangata determines that an item is faulty or incorrect, we will offer a refund for that specific product.

Once we receive the product and confirm that it is undamaged, we will process the refund for the cost of the item. In such cases, the customer should return the item in its original packaging. Mangata will cover all costs, including shipping.

Returns are not possible in the following situations:

  1. If a customer has already used the product.
  2. If the product is customized with engraving.
  3. If the product is lingerie, a catsuit, a bodysuit, or latex (due to hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned).
  4. If the product doesn't fit properly, Mangata can arrange an exchange to ensure the correct size.

Please note: If a customer has ordered two or more products, we offer a refund only for the faulty or incorrect item.

Keepstyle, Nagolovy & iCoat


Return policy allows for returns within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the parcel.

Please note that all returns received by us undergo a quality control check. Mangata will only accept products that are in like-new condition and show no signs of use (including no smells, wrinkles, stains, or washing). Additionally, the product must be returned in its original packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

It's important to be aware that swimwear, socks, bracelets, bodysuits, and hats are not eligible for return or exchange.

Makhno

Return policy allows for returns within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the parcel.

You must send back or submit the unused item in its original packaging, in its original condition, with all original tags still attached immediately upon informing us about the withdrawal from the Contract of sale at yana@mangata-store.com

If you withdraw from a contract of sale during the withdrawal period, we will reimburse all payments we received from you, including shipping costs. 

For this repayment we shall use the same method of payment that you used making the original transaction, unless we arrange a different method with you; you will not be charged any fees for such repayments under any circumstances. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products, or until you have submitted proof that you have returned the products, whichever comes earlier.

You do not have a right of withdrawal for contracts regarding the:

  • delivery of products that are made to your own specifications or which are clearly personalized, except in the case of manufacturing defects; and/or
  • delivery of products which are not suitable to be returned for health or hygiene reasons and where a seal was removed after shipping.

Anoeses, Keepstyle, iCoat, Nagolovy

Items can only be considered for exchange if they exhibit no signs of use. In the case of latex items, they must be clean, devoid of wear indications, and dusted with talcum powder to be eligible for exchange. Each piece is subjected to examination, and only after the examination and approval of the received items can the exchange process proceed.

Exchange of a product is feasible under the following circumstances:

  1. If a customer receives an item in the wrong size due to their own error, they are responsible for covering all associated costs (shipping).
  2. If a customer receives an item in the wrong size or color due to our mistake, Mangata will bear all costs (shipping).
  3. A customer must promptly inform us of the aforementioned issues and provide photographic evidence within 14 days of receiving the product, then return it to us.
  4. Once a product is delivered and confirmed to be free from damage, we will proceed to send it in the correct size or color.

Exchange of a product is not possible in the following situations:

  1. If a customer has already used the product.
  2. If more than 14 days have passed since the order was received.

Makhno

Exchanges for products are not available, because all the products you receive are unique and crafted specially for you.

You will receive your refund within 30 business days from the time of our receipt of return confirmation. The total price paid for the order product and its shipping to you will be refunded back to your original form of payment.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.

In the case when a product has been damaged, you are not eligible for a refund.
