Returns Anoeses

Return policy allows for returns within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the parcel.

Return and refund of a product are possible under the following conditions:

  1. If a customer received the wrong item due to our mistake.
  2. If a customer received an item with a defect (each case is assessed individually).
  3. If a customer received an item in a different color due to our mistake.

In such cases, the customer must promptly inform us about the above-mentioned issues and provide photographic evidence as confirmation within seven days of receiving the product. If Mangata acknowledges that the item is faulty or incorrect, we will offer a refund for the product.

Upon receiving the product and confirming that it is undamaged, we will process a refund for the cost of the item. In this scenario, the customer should return the item in its original packaging. Mangata will cover all associated costs, including shipping and taxes.

Returns are not possible if:

  1. The customer has already used the product. However, if the item has an inappropriate fit, Mangata can arrange an exchange per our terms
  2. It involves a customised product with engraving.
  3. It involves lingerie, catsuits, bodysuits, or latex items (for hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned). Mangata reserves the right to refuse a refund if the items are not returned in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unused, undamaged, and with all original hang tags/labels attached.

Please note that if a customer ordered two or more products, we offer a refund only for faulty or incorrect items. 

Keepstyle, Nagolovy & iCoat return

Return policy allows for returns within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the parcel.

Please note that all returns received by us undergo a quality control check. Mangata will only accept products that are in like-new condition and show no signs of use (including no smells, wrinkles, stains, or washing). Additionally, the product must be returned in its original packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

It's important to be aware that swimwear, socks, bracelets, bodysuits, and hats are not eligible for return or exchange.

Makhno return

Return policy allows for returns within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the parcel.

You must send back or submit the unused item in its original packaging, in its original condition, with all original tags still attached immediately upon informing us about the withdrawal from the Contract of sale at yana@mangata-store.com

If you withdraw from a contract of sale during the withdrawal period, we will reimburse all payments we received from you, including shipping costs. 

For this repayment we shall use the same method of payment that you used making the original transaction, unless we arrange a different method with you; you will not be charged any fees for such repayments under any circumstances. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products, or until you have submitted proof that you have returned the products, whichever comes earlier.

You do not have a right of withdrawal for contracts regarding the:

  • delivery of products that are made to your own specifications or which are clearly personalized, except in the case of manufacturing defects; and/or
  • delivery of products which are not suitable to be returned for health or hygiene reasons and where a seal was removed after shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items

Exchange Anoeses, Keepstyle, iCoat, Nagolovy

Items can only be considered for exchange if they exhibit no signs of use. In the case of latex items, they must be clean, devoid of wear indications, and dusted with talcum powder to be eligible for exchange. Each piece is subjected to examination, and only after the examination and approval of the received items can the exchange process proceed.

Exchange of a product is feasible under the following circumstances:

  1. If a customer receives an item in the wrong size due to their own error, they are responsible for covering all associated costs (shipping).
  2. If a customer receives an item in the wrong size or color due to our mistake, Mangata will bear all costs (shipping).
  3. A customer must promptly inform us of the aforementioned issues and provide photographic evidence within 14 days of receiving the product, then return it to us.
  4. Once a product is delivered and confirmed to be free from damage, we will proceed to send it in the correct size or color.

Exchange of a product is not possible in the following situations:

  1. If a customer has already used the product.
  2. If more than 14 days have passed since the order was received.

Exchanges for products are not available, because all the products you receive are unique and crafted specially for you.
