Where do we ship to?

We are shipping worldwide. We provide express shipping of clothes and accessories through DHL for all orders. Art toys and Interior products delivery will be calculated individually. Rest assured, your order will be thoughtfully packaged and delivered to your preferred location for maximum convenience.

When my items will be shipped?

  • Pre-order: Since all our products are crafted to your specific order, the production time typically spans 30 days.
  • In-Stock Items: If you've purchased in-stock items, they will typically ship out within 1-3 business days after placing your order.

How long will it take my package to arrive?

 Here's what you can expect regarding the arrival of your package:

  • DHL: Delivery via DHL typically takes 1-3 business days, contingent on your location.

You will receive an automated email containing tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for the initial scan to appear. Don't be alarmed if your package doesn't show immediate transit status.

What happens if I did't pick up a parcel in time?

If a customer fails to pick up their parcel within the designated timeframe, resulting in it being returned to us, the following actions will be taken:

  • Second Shipping Cost: The customer will be responsible for covering the additional cost of the second shipping.
  • Repeated Shipping: Once the second shipping fee is settled, we will arrange for the parcel to be sent again.

However, if a customer neglects to collect their parcel on time, it is returned to us, and the customer refuses to arrange for the second shipping within 2 weeks from the date of receipt at our end, the order will be canceled with no refunds provided.
